Easily cleaned after your exercise session – simply wipe the mats down, or use a mild detergent solution if required.Each mat is 1 metre x 1 metre x 40mm thick giving coverage of 1 square metre. (39 3/8" x 39 3/8" x 1 1/2" thick giving coverage of 10.76sqft). Neatly finish your exercise area perimeter with the two removable straight edges supplied with each mat.
